Why Do I See A Lot Of White Dots When I’m Outside But Not When I’m Inside?
Why do I perceive numerous white dots moving in all directions when I’m outside my house but not when I’m indoors (assuming it’s not eye floaters), and what might be causing this phenomenon based on your opinion?
