What Should I Say If I’m Not Feeling Great and Someone Asks, “How Are You?”

In a past meeting, you said that if I’m not feeling great, I shouldn’t say, “I’m great.” However, in Level 1 training, Ed Foreman said that we should always respond with “Terrific.” Can you clarify this? Also, could you talk about maintaining happiness and freedom regardless of circumstances?
