Was Jesus Actually A Vegetarian?

I understand you said that one can perfectly eat meat if it is kosher, but I also understand that you have studied the Bible in great detail, and you are all very knowledgeable in that area.

I just found out about a gospel called the Gospel of Essener here in Switzerland. In various books it is said that this gospel was kept secret within the Vatican but was essentially found during the 20th century. It describes the true teachings of Jesus, and people say, dozens of authors, that the New Testament is pure plagiarism, a copy of it where a lot of things were changed. In this Gospel of Essener, it is said that Jesus was a vegetarian and that he himself said that eating everything cooked as well as meat is like putting death into your system. If you know about the gospel, can you tell me if this is legitimate?
