By making a financial contribution to the Kevin Trudeau Fan Club, you hereby understand agree to the following Refund Policy and Terms:
As one of Kevin Trudeau’s many fans who chooses to make a one-time or recurring Partner contribution of any amount on the Kevin Trudeau Fan Club website, I understand I am NOT purchasing a product or service. I am sending a non-refundable gift to Kevin and the Kevin Trudeau Fan Club to be given to the FTC to pay the amount Kevin still owes them (after Fan Club expenses), along with additional purposes explained on How Contributions Are Used.
By making a contribution of any amount, I clearly understand that my contribution is a financial gift to Kevin Trudeau and not purchasing a product or service.
No refunds of a one-time or recurring Partner Contribution will be made, offered, or required.
I understand I am making a non-refundable contribution and I am not promised anything in return for my contribution. Anything Kevin chooses to give to his contributors in the future, is not related to this contribution.
