How Do I Train My Mind To Go Through The Temporary Pain In Order To Get The Delayed Gratification Of Pleasure?

You often say in your training that one should always focus on feeling good. Now this is where the rubber meets the road. But life is not always feeling good now. Sometimes these feelings come from deep rooted subconscious programing. That’s why I keep doing what seems to be comfortable or feels good to me when it comes to moving out of my comfort zone.

It does not feel good to face my fears and do it anyway. I do not feel good. Breaking the old habits. Incorporating discipline does not feel good either. So is it feeling good now? Making me a slave to only chasing pleasure and avoiding pain. It’s keeping me in the same comfort zone, which is not allowing me to be the best version of myself.

You also say spend money and do some physical stuff to make your body body feel good. This is also conditioning my body to get addicted to the dopamine rush. All successful people did what seems inconvenient or does not feel good to others. So how do you actually define feel good now? And how do I train my mind to go through the temporary pain in order to get the delayed gratification of pleasure?
