How Can I Get Rid of Negative Energy from My Past?

Hi Kevin, thank you for everything you do. I am grateful to have you in my life as a partner. It took me quite some time on this earth to start understanding how everything works according to universal laws. I am still amazed at how little I know, but I am also happy for every eye-opening moment I experience. I have been listening to *Your Wish Is Your Command* for 90 days repeatedly. Each time I restart, I hear new things. I also walk 10.5 km in the forest daily.

My biggest challenge is dealing with a deep negative energy that has built up since 1958. Sometimes, it appears out of nowhere. Do you have any advice to help me release this negative energy and become a better partner?
