Completing cycles

  1. Being around Kevin in the past made me feel slightly nervous and intimidated, which is probably a samskara! Staying as a guest in Kevin and Danielle’s home for 24 hours during the Fly on the Wall (FOTW) changed that. I just returned from the Patron event in Beverly Hills which Kevin and Danielle hosted at a $35 million mansion where I felt relaxed and at ease.
  2. I bought and use a Priority Manager. I had resisted this for years (samskara) despite being a GIN Level VII candidate member. The Priority Manager training on the GIN website is the next audio course on deck for me.
  3. I bought and use a voice recorder. I record ideas that come to me when the Priority Manager or paper is not close by.
  4. My productivity and completion of cycles has increased dramatically since attempting to copy KT’s system of using the Priority Manager (A and B priorities), writing things down/re-writing, recording, and speaking out loud that I am completing a cycle and/or ahead of schedule. I know I’m not doing everything he explained and I’m probably not doing everything correctly, and I’m STILL seeing results.
  5. Every 20 minutes, I change my energy (eg, get up, move around, or change tasks).
  6. I am aware that I do not celebrate completed cycles as consistently as I could, and I am getting better and better every day.
  7. Right after the FOTW, I saw a practitioner whom I had met and spoken to several times over the past year or so. She was looking at me intently from across the waiting room and said, “You’re different.” I just smiled and nodded.
  8. A friend recently said they noticed a significant change in my energy and productivity since the FOTW. They commented on the number of major changes in my life since the FOTW, and how I continue to move forward.

Examples of cycles completed since the FOTW:

  • moved across the country,
  • closed on a second home,
  • attended Level VII part 1 and Family Reunion (my belongings and car were being shipped across the country while I was at the event),
  • moved in, unpacked by myself,
  • re-read the Weight Loss Cure book,
  • started HCG (over 18 lbs lighter and counting!),
  • finished Mega Memory,
  • completed the Communication seminar and am over half-way through the Copywriting seminar,
  • listened and re-listened to the “Pray to Get Results” KTFC Partner call at least 3 times as well as the Level V briefing and MDS on giving at least 2 times each/took notes,
  • am up to date and have listened to all the Limitless shows that have been released that I’m aware of,
  • overcame resistance to flying across the country during the holiday season to attend the Patron event in Beverly Hills.

This is in addition to the following daily activities: meditation, yoga, walking an hour for the HCG plan, engaging in the GIN system (reading books, listening to audios, attending local chapter meetings, building relationships/participating in recognition, and dream building on a weekly basis – and working full time.

  1. I’ve been experiencing new cognitions, usually multiple, on a daily basis. I received new cognitions while writing this list of wins!
  2. My awareness and consciousness of samskaras has increased, partly due to the 1:1 session with KT at the end of the FOTW and partly due to Level VII part 1 live. I know why they arise and what to do about them. I feel more capable of going through this process successfully and effectively on my own (although I suspect KT is probably helping).
  3. This win is especially important to me: I now notice when I begin to get frustrated, stressed, or overwhelmed when working on a next logical step or objective. Prior to the FOTW, I would “white knuckle” it or power through and get it done while not feeling great. I learned from KT describing how he starts his day peacefully and calmly in the mornings and how he maintains that energy throughout his “work” day. As a result, I’m at conscious competence and increasing my awareness of when I get out of alignment and can take steps to get back into alignment.
  4. I’ve started drinking organic coffee and espresso, which I’m enjoying. I never liked it before. I have not started smoking cigars (yet!).

The FOTW training is a life-changing experience.

I cannot recommend it highly enough. If you qualify for the training, take advantage of this incredible opportunity to learn from a master. You will never be the same!

With gratitude,
Allison M.
