What I experienced with FOTW training with Kevin Trudeau.
Below are some of the cognitions and awarenesses I had during my 24 hours in Kevin’s home.
Again, these are my cognitions and awarenesses through my own internal filters, if the person reading this were there, they may have got something completely different from it.
I have also read some of the other FOTW experiences in this telegram chat, so I will try to mainly mention other things I saw that I haven’t read yet from others experiences.
- Rarely is anything ever an A priority for Kevin. Most of his tasks written down in his PM (Priority Manager) are B priorities.
This way he never feels overwhelm/anxious/angst that he ‘has’ to do something… but rather he is deliberately choosing from his B priorities and able to do it more from a state of creation/enjoyment type of energy as there is no pressure on it to even get done that day. So ultimately he is able to enter a state of ‘play’ more which gets better results as he is coming from a calmer more relaxed flow based state. - So much gold! In the home gold could be seen in pretty much any direction one would look for the most part.
Examples of some of the golden things in Kevin’s home that one may not suspect. Kevin has a gold plated phone case, gold armed glasses, even gold rimmed coasters the table where us flys would sit watching Kevin do his work. - Scheduling of events/meetings. If Kevin has to be at a meeting at the office at 9AM it isn’t scheduled as a 9am meeting per se, but rather 8:30AM, which is the time he has to be left and out the door! This is to leave ample time to get to the office early before the meeting even starts.
- Kevin writes in the activities section of his PM in pencil. He will often write and re-write the same thing a dozen times over a couple week period in his PM if he hasn’t got to it yet in his B priorities. This way each time he re-writes it it actually goes out into the Ether again and sends a stronger ‘signal’ so to speak… and a lot of times he’ll get to that certain day again where he has re-written the same thing a dozen times and the universe would have taken care of it for him already and he can just tick it off…. Another win in his pocket.
- Kevin is a human being (I think?) just like me…
A lot of times we see big celebrities and sports stars and think that level isn’t attainable for us for whatever reason we have been conditioned to believe.
I would watch Kevin and think to myself at times; “He’s just like me, he’s human, if he can do all this after only being out of prison for only a few years, there really isn’t a reason that I can’t do it…. And even more if I so choose to”.
I would look at Kevin and try and feel into his energy so to speak… to see if there was something extraordinary/special… to find a reason why he has all this success now. And I feel challenged to admit it but I couldn’t feel a thing. I am not sure if he had ‘turned off’ his abilities the whole time, or if I simply just am not that ‘aware’ to be able to tap in like that so to speak. - Kevin doing a telegram voice message – watching him do this with no script is truly a sight for itself. The way he communicates so effectively and with so much deliberate intent is amazing.
- Kevin said he is giving us ‘flys’ a running commentary at times, but in actual fact he just talks to himself all day he said. He is positively programming his subconscious mind the way he so chooses to get the best results.
- Completing a big B priority is good, but even completing a small B priority that takes 3 minutes to complete is also good… this gets the success momentum cycle going in your favour.
- When writing on his desk Kevin makes himself BIG he said and showed us. This makes him feel strong and powerful. As sometimes many people will write on the edge of the desk.. this doesn’t make someone feel powerful. Your body posture plays a big part in how you feel as we all know.
- Kevin wants to know a baseline answer for everything in his life and why certain things are happening.
Example – Saul (Kevin’s wonderful butler) said one of his vehicles was going to cost a certain price point to be serviced/fixed. Kevin asked something like “Why? The car hasn’t been driven in 6 months”.
To which Saul tried to explain the reasoning behind it from what he was told.
Again, Kevin kept using the 6 honest serving men (What, Why, When, How, Where, and Who) until he finally got an answer he was content with and had a straight BASELINE answer on why something is being done in his life. - Kevin will say “slow down” to people in conversations when something isn’t fully understood.
The conversation will not progress if he didn’t fully understand the material presented in the conversation, and will not go on until it is fully understood in his mind. - Kevin got an order of air filters delivered to the house. He did not make the butlers bring them inside and place them around the house though, he did it himself, and not only that, but at SPEED! Kevin was flying up and down the stairs with what was visibly a reasonably heavy item. Kevin does the heavy lifting himself. Kevin also stated “Anytime I get the chance to move my body I take it”…. And boy did he take it!
- I also noticed how literally EVERYTHING he did had a reason behind it… from tapping his fingers on the table when thinking – which keeps energy moving throughout the body when he’s in a ‘pause ’and stimulates the meridians (A moving body helps move his mind so to speak and find a solution when thinking), to swiping up on a word document he was typing out so he’d always have a ‘fresh white canvas ’to type on – having this ‘fresh white canvas’ to type on is better as it helps not to dustcart the mind with all the other words above and can get you actually completely focused on what you’re currently writing. This relates also to Kevin’s super clean work desk – which is usually just a pen, PM and his tape recorder.
- FOCUS, FOCUS, FOCUS – The ability Kevin had to focus for an extended period of time was mesmerising. And not only that, but it was such a DEEP focus. Watching him focus so intently even made me tired at times simply watching him!
- Kevin won’t overload himself and his subconscious mind with B priorities he’d like to do for the next day when he knows it’ll already be a busy day of meetings and such. ‘Set yourself up to win’
- When Kevin reviews his B priorities he tells himself and his subconscious mind that none of it has to get done – this calms and relaxes the subconscious mind.
- Reviewing and re-writing tasks out in a new unit of time – I know I mentioned this earlier but KT said he also does this because it actually puts “particle flow” out into the Ether again and almost amplifies the message I feel.
- KT says it how it is! No fluff or nonsense, just straight to the point. This reduces time wastage and so you get more done in less time as most people just ‘fluff’ when they speak these days.
- KT is always ‘ON’ it seems… even when he is ‘OFF’… like when he’s smoking his cigar or when he’s watching something on the TV… he just always seems to be ‘ON’ in some way, shape or form which is hard to describe in words.
With this in mind, I thought to myself – if KT has managed to direct his mind/state to always be ‘ON’, but still achieve some time of ‘OFF’ relaxed state at the same time for recovery and rejuvenation… he will always get results quicker than anyone else as he is putting out more energy and particle flow into the ether so to speak…. And as we all know “You become what you think about most of the time”… so with KT always being ‘ON’ this just produces results quicker. - KT has his own custom built water filtration system in the house which was built by his friend I believe. He has even attached certain crystals to them with special zip ties to infuse the energy of the water with more positive energy.
- KT is literally always talking about business in some way, shape or form it seems – whether it’s to do with his business, friends businesses, or things he’s heard/has intel on. Again – ‘You become what you think about most of the time’.
- At night Kevin is watching TV in his theatre room whilst also using his phone at various intervals at the same time whilst watching TV. What was interesting is that he didn’t have any blue light blocking glasses which a lot of ‘health maxing’ individuals talk about. Lights were also on all throughout the house at night as well and didn’t have any of this candle business or anything that other ‘health maxers’ preach which was interesting to observe.
- KT is always willing to learn about things he doesn’t know, and is so focused when learning these things. Example – He wasn’t sure how to print a PDF from a certain app, so he asked Danielle in their night time meeting, she took his phone and showed him how to do it, KT was hunched over looking so intently at what she was doing… like it was the only thing in the world… complete and utter focus.
- The last thing KT does at night is to go around the whole house and turn off all the lights. When he does this he said he puts himself in a state of gratitude, thankfulness and appreciation as he turns off all the lights. As he did this he said he is always in the same state, whether in a 900 square foot apartment, prison, or a mansion.
- Kevin comes out in the morning and greets Saul “morning Saul” before proceeding to go sit on the couch with Danielle who is already there on her phone. Both of them have some back and forth comments to each other but are so intensely focused on their phones, they are already talking business it seems – again, ‘You become what you think about most of the time’.
- Kevin checks all bank accounts/cash positions in the morning and says to himself “this isn’t big enough”. The first step of the manifesting algorithm… getting mad/angry and your current position/state.
- KT says his PM is for his life! Everything is all ONE. It’s not just for business. KT will even put in there to watch his TV show’s at night or even to do his laundry (if he didn’t have his butlers)
- KT says to us flys as he’s checking his phone in the morning smoking his cigar that he is in a state of detachment to it all, and it doesn’t create anxiety/stress him doing this – his state doesn’t change regardless. KT also said that if someone was to get stressed and anxious doing this in the morning they shouldn’t do it. It should also be noted that for the first 30-60 minutes of his day he isn’t on his phone but in his room doing stretches/meditations etc which us flys did not see.
- Kevin will also have his piano playing automatically throughout various times during the day.
Kevin said that the playing of a physical instrument over a speaker or audio downloads has a lot more benefits to an individual. The physical instrument playing music has more of an actual wave type vibration to it, whereas the audio downloads are more of a straight line from point to point so to speak. - Kevin is always so relaxed and calm in the mornings it would seem. This is partially because he leaves ample time to get ready in the mornings, and so never feels like he’s in a rush. It’s as if ‘time moves at Kevin’s speed…. Kevin doesn’t move at times speed’.
- When we arrived at the office to observe a meeting of Kevin’s, he said to us flys – “I always like to be early, relaxed. I always have a pen with me, paper, and my notes”.
- When KT was told that they only have the office space for less time than they first thought, his immediate response was – “we will adapt and improvise”. Always looking for the good and always communicating to himself and his subconscious mind that he is a winner and can do anything/overcome any obstacle.
- When the lady entered the room for the meeting he made sure to give a compliment to the lady on ‘how well she always dresses’. This builds rapport straight away and makes the other person feel good/happy…. ensuring a good start to the meeting.
*Note – KT did not mention this is why he does this, this is what I understood to be the reasoning through my own mind. - When in this meeting spoken about above he goes through a bunch of his papers to discuss with the lady he was having the meeting with (his accountant I believe). When something had been discussed, sorted out and resolved he would scrunch up the paper in a ball and put it in front of him before moving on to the next piece of paper he had to discuss. He’d do this over and over again until a pile of scrunched up paper was on the table, to which he then said out loud to himself “lets clean this up” – to which he picked up all the scrunched up papers, physically got up and put them in the bin.
What I understood this to be was that each scrunched up paper was a “win”… creating momentum for himself each time he ‘took care of an item’, feeling better and stronger every win he had (scrunching up the paper)… before having the big win – which was him getting up and gathering all his ‘smaller wins’ and putting them in the bin. Success, success, success. Win, win win… this is continually being communicated to his subconscious mind…. And as we all know “As within so without” – so the better he’s feeling inside from all these small wins… this will directly impact his outer life… and it clearly shows. - Kevin is dealing with millions of dollars when discussing with his accountant. Yet, there was a $150 invoice that he didn’t know what it was for. Many people would skip over this and just ‘let it be’ and ‘let it go’ – not Kevin. He is the person with the most on his plate yet he has to know every intricate little detail about anything to do with his businesses… even if it’s only a $150 invoice.
- It seems to be KT actually enjoys going through all the documents with his accountant as well, most business owners dread this, not KT. Everything is an act of creation for him, it’s enjoyable for him, it’s always a game and he’s always winning…. This is how he has set it up for himself so why wouldn’t it be enjoyable then!
- KT waits for people to write their notes in a meeting if he’s talking with them and they have to take notes. He said he does this out of courtesy and also because “they can’t do both at the same time”. I even noticed that if KT is writing something and the other person continues to talk he’ll say “wait, wait” or something like that until he is done.
- When talking to anyone in his business and they are describing/discussing something with him that he has to understand, once he understands he’ll say something like “okay, got it” or “okay take care of it” and then he’ll force the conversation to move on, even if the other person wants to keep jabbering he’ll force it to move on by saying again “okay, got it”.
Kevin doesn’t need a whole life story… just what’s the bottom line and let’s move on! No time to waste, Kevin just wants the simple fact and to move on to the next thing. - It is clear that Kevin is on another level of focus with everything he does. But what is even more amazing is the lengths of time he can go with this SUSTAINED FOCUS/DELIBERATE INTENT in anything and everything that he does.
- Kevin was discussing a potential new hire’s exact day to day so he’ll understand exactly what they’ll be doing in his business operation. At the same time Kevin was doing this it was also like he was trying to figure out if they even need the person or not. No time for wasted money in payroll for Kevin’s companies.
- Kevin said to us flys that when talking to people that he’ll sometimes “drop a seed” of information into their minds about something. Doing this puts it into the subconscious minds of people and out into the ether as well. More minds thinking about a specific thing equals more power.
- KT says out loud to himself “I’m ahead of schedule because I always am”. Again – Winning, winning, winning.
- When Kevin was talking with his butler Saul, Saul mentioned to him that something would take until September to be resolved. Without missing a beat, Kevin had a completely serious and straight glare as he replied “I don’t want to wait that long”. Then there was a silence for 1.5 seconds, then Saul replied “I’ll check on that” and wrote down a note on his pad.
If KT thinks something can be done better or quicker he’ll say so. - Kevin says to himself out loud that his schedule is fully clear for the next hour and he can focus on the Super power/Accelerator processes landing pages for the next hour.
- Kevin mentions to us flys that sometimes he really leans in to his computer and focuses and not just aimlessly scrolls through like most people.
- When some ‘scores’ came in to Kevin he’ll say they’re good if they are, but then also proceeds to mention “not big enough”. Again Kevin applying the first principle of the manifesting formula here – getting angry/contracting the energy.
- When Kevin was writing up the landing pages for the accelerator/superpower processes landing pages he was so focused it was like nothing I had seen before. So much deliberate intent. The one time he did speak was when the junior butler (Camden) came in to speak with Kevin and Kevin was very abrupt and brash with him saying “What do you want, I’m right in the middle of something” – Camden then said “can I get you a tea/coffee” – Before Camden could even finish his sentence Kevin interrupted him and said “No, no, if I need something I’ll call you”.
Once again this was said to Camden in what would seem to be a harsh manner. What I got from this interaction is that when Kevin is in the process of undergoing a cycle nothing and no one can or should interrupt him… if so he would lose his focus and his flow.
Note: After Kevin finished his cycle, it was lunchtime. Before having lunch, he sought out Camden to speak with him and explain why he had been abrupt earlier. Kevin acknowledged that Camden had not previously been told not to interrupt him during one of his cycles though so it was a good learning experience for Camden as well. - When Kevin was having his lunch he ate in his cinema room once again, watching his TV show he likes – “The Lone Ranger”. Kevin truly relaxes when it is time to relax – stretched out on the reclined chair, phone out, completely chilling. This seems to be KT ‘sharpening his axe’ so to speak by recovering and resting his mind, as every other second of the day seems to be so intense with focus and deliberate intent in absolutely everything. This relax time is pivotal.
- When Kevin was on a zoom call discussing something with Dustin, Dustin mentioned the following phrase in regards to something; “I’m not sure if it’s possible”. Kevin then replied with “nothing is impossible”… and just the way Kevin said this with such a firm certainty and calmness with his whole being really had an impression on me.
This reminds me of the quote Kevin says sometimes that I believe was originally said by Napoleon Hill – “Whatever the mind of man can conceive, and bring itself to believe, it can achieve”. - At the end when asking Kevin questions about what we saw over the last 24 hours the following questions was brought up –
‘what does someone do in life if they don’t even know what their next step is and is still waiting for the universe to present it to them?
Kevin said that you should just get the general energy moving in your life by completing some other priorities in your PM… these could be simple things like washing laundry, making a certain phone call etc. This creates winning momentum in one’s life and gets the energy moving for the better in your direction to my understanding! - At the end I asked Kevin his favourite thing about his life, his answer was simple – “Everything” – because everything is ‘ONE’ and is all simply linked together.
- Kevin always keeps people on point in a meeting – all he wants is results and a direct answer! This moves the needle the fastest in the direction that he wants to go in…. No time for fluffing around.
- Kevin will keep meetings to no longer than one hour. Beyond this point, they tend to become unproductive “jibber-jabber,” and it can be difficult for people to maintain focus for longer periods.
- Kevin will sometimes do a little ‘fist pump’ in the air if he’s happy with something that has just happened or if he’s completed a priority in his plan manager for example. Commencing to his subconscious mind once again that he is a winner/success.
- When Kevin speaks to people on the phone, in person or on Zooms many times he will say to them after he’s instructed something that “It’s not a priority so just when you can”. I sense that Kevin says this because it then calms the individual he is speaking to and they can then work better on the task and not feel like they ‘have to’ get it done, thus causing stress and anxiety to the subconscious mind – which ultimately wouldn’t create as good results as if they were calm and relaxed and more in a state of pure creation which helps them get into a state of flow better.
Essentially when you ‘FEEL GOOD’ doing the activity you are always going to get better results as you are putting this ‘feel good’ vibration out at the same time, instead of a stressed/anxious vibration. So by Kevin saying this it helps them ‘feel good’ and they will all then get better results! - Kevin mentioned he speaks things into existence. That’s another reason why he speaks things into his tape recorder > then listens to it later > and then proceeds to write it in his PM.
If he only did one of these things above it wouldn’t create as many “touch points,” as Kevin says. Ultimately the more touch points the better in this respect I think as it adds more energy to the task/thing he is aiming to complete which will help him complete it faster/better AND at the same time this also puts it out into the Ether more/stronger for it to even be completed without Kevin even having to do anything (this is spoken about in points #4 and #17 also).
